This will sound weird but please answer...

It's not weird câu hỏi dude. bởi the way they earn it buy posting many many and many stuffs to any club. Say I have đã đăng pics in XYZ club and some video and I am active to that club I will get medal and if I start contributing in many các câu lạc bộ and ask peoples to người hâm mộ the stuffs I have đã đăng I will get medal very soon. And thus how some peoples earn so many medals. I have seen some fanpopers with thêm than 100 huy chương they must be very active and of course have time to be here and post stuffs to earn medals.

What to do:
1. Add a picture hoặc thêm to a club (you will need Adobe Flash).

bạn have to be active on a club. Post a lot of polls, questions, images, ect. I don't know how active bạn have to be exactly - I didn't even realise when I got my medals, so I can't tell bạn exactly how much bạn have to do. I think bạn have to make at least 100 posts in total to get the dedicated medal.
