If the book is first person narrative then I usually hear the character's "voice" as I read, and if it's in the third person I hear the author's "voice", as I imagine them to sound.

Usually, a celebrity crush's voice at the moment. Execpt for Harry Potter, I read that in Alan Rickman's voice.

Depends on the book. I change my voice for each character to what I think they would sound like. But if it's just a narration I will either to it in a british accent hoặc in my jersey accent. But there are characters who already have voices. Like Harry Potter- when I read anything for that I imagine it in Sirius' hoặc Remus' voice unless of course a character is actually speaking. And then for the Dresden Files (a fav book seires of mine) the main character sounds like Hugh Jackman to me. And it's all in first person. And sometimes I just do ngẫu nhiên voices like chipmunks hoặc really buff musclehead- it just depends.

For most books, its the voice I imagine the characters having. If they have a movie franchise along with it, I use the actor's voices. Concerning most everything else, it's Hannibal Lecter hoặc Marilyn Monroe that I read to myself in.

I give each character a different voice. It all depends on their personality.
