Honestly Kagome Higurashi from InuYasha comes off to me as snobby,self-centered and spoiled. Funny enough. She isn't rich even though she acts like that at times. But there's isn't a first place prize for me. In my opinion alot of characters are equally spoiled.

I couldn't stand her as a kid; I sometimes wished I could jump in the TV and beat her up and leave like Peter Griffin.

Madison Sinclair from Veronica Mars. She wasn't annoying just a total biatch. She's also very spoiled, snobby and stuck up. She gets any one and anything she wants, even Logan Echolls who was Veronica's true love.
