If they are just close-minded I would just argue with them and conclude they are hypocrites and idiotic in a sense. Well, if I knew someone was a homophobe and left me alone for being gay, I wouldn't really care much, if at all.
If that homophobe started telling me that being gay is disgusting and quoting things from the bible and saying that God hates me, then yes, I would cú đấm that person in the face as hard as I freaking could.
