Please help me

I have had the worst ngày ever! I woke up and my dad was angry at me, I was as tired as ever and I got to school had a huge fight with my friend, all of my bad classes today. It's monday so there is a whole week ahead of me, I have a detention tomorrow because I didn't do my homework and I get trang chủ to the one thing I enjoy, twitter, and my account is suspended for no reason. Officially the worst ngày of my life, what do I do?
