What is the difference between whining and complaining?

whining is the sound an abused dog makes. complaining is what that prissy chó cái, bitch does when she complains about her dog being ugly, when she was the one who did it.

Complaining: bạn know how terrible humanity is! Nobody in this fucking world knows how to treat each other with fucking respect! I mean, seriously, how hard is it to go to a man hoặc woman without getting this air of superiority around you, y'know? *usually leads to* Y'know, what, something should be done about this!
