I guess they hiển thị your dedication to a person/movie etc. And hiển thị how much your a fan. Im not sure how bạn get them but im guessing bạn have to add alot of stuff to a spot hoặc something. :-) xx

To get them bạn have to be a Jack of all trades. That means, creating pop câu hỏi kiểm tra questions, commenting on polls, adding pictures, uploading vids, all that good stuff. It's not only inconsiderate, but super annoying). Anyways, the stuff bạn add needs to get good ratings, hoặc a lot of people participating. If bạn add enough stuff, you'll get medals.
