I don't understand....

I've been on a diet lately (3 months)
I've Mất tích alot of wait,but people say I should eat more.
Breakfest:none
Lunch:Apple and Banna
Dinner:To small scoops of hamburger helper
I still excersize but I still look flabby and i'm getting weaker. If I eat again will I regain my strength but if I eat right again won't I re-gain all my wait back?

If you're getting and/or feeling weaker, bạn probably should eat more. I wouldn't necessarily say what bạn ate today is freakishly too little of food, but it's not exactly healthy either. I actually Mất tích 11 lbs. myself, found out today during a joint doctor's appointment with my mother while being weighed. ^_^

Look, the deal is, if bạn hardly eat, your metabolism slows down, which ultimately makes bạn fatter whenever bạn do eat. So bạn need to eat a lot but bạn need to eat healthy.
