I don't eat healthy all the time, I eat thuyền mành, rác rưởi, rác thực phẩm quite alot.

I do, but I didn't when I was younger. Sometimes it's the way veggies are prepared. I didn't like them until I discovered the wonders of stir-fry. There are also cookbooks, if you're really ambitious, in which bạn bột nhuyễn, nghiền nhuyễn, puree the veggies and "hide" them in other foods.

Ew no they taste like shit except for potaotes- preferably mashed- and maybe corn
