Help!

My right ear hurts in the inside, yesterday I was cleaning it. And when someone says something, I don't here it with my right ear, only with the left ear. Help! What do I have to do to prevent it from hurting? (Sorry for my bad English) Thanks for anyone who answers! ^_^
