Is this from Famly Guy hoặc The Simpsons?

I can’t remember if this was from an episode of The Simpsons hoặc Family Guy.

In the scene, Bill Clinton is walking from lawn to lawn putting up campaign signs for Hillary and gets a phone call. He asks Hillary if he can stop, pauses, then replies, “Aww, what did I ever do to you..?”, and then is forced back to work.
Does anyone know where this came from, and if there is a clip on the internet (or even just the whole episode)?
