I dont think glasses will be a big deal. But the flirt thing my be a challenge, if bạn dont tell him but kept flirting and he finds out, that may cause some drama and stuff between bạn two, but if bạn do tell him it may cause bạn two to break up which may also cause drama. He wont want bạn flirting with everyone when bạn have him. If bạn dont want to tell him, then flirt with him more, and maybe flirt with other boys when hes not around but only alittle. But bạn will/may have to learn to stop flirting when bạn have a boyfriend. And I think bạn should tell him. There is a small, slim chance he may not care, but most likely he will say something that will cause drama between bạn two. Be honest to him. But do what bạn feel is right :)

And Maybe Ill người hâm mộ you, but its not right to ask for fans.

This is sort of pathetic if bạn ask me. Did bạn just post this câu hỏi to get fans? Asking for những người hâm mộ doesn't work out very well. You'd get thêm if bạn just showed yourself a little and contribute to fanpop, you'll get thêm những người hâm mộ than you'd get asking. People (not just you) no offense, but no one likes it when people ask for fans. It's silly.

As for your question. Break the news to him. If bạn hiển thị him you're honest, maybe he's the type of guy who will like bạn thêm if he knows you're honest. If he isn't then he isn't worth it.

Ok, so I think telling him depends on the relationship u wish to have with him. Like will u keep on flirting even though u have a boyfriend? that type of thing. But really as long as ur not cheating I dont think its important unless he asks.

And really is he breaks up with u for having glasses then he aint worth much.

If he REALLY does like bạn then he won't care as long as bạn don't cheat on him. And why would he break up with bạn if bạn had glasses, if he REALLY liked bạn he wouldn't care hoặc tell you. hoặc at least be subtle about it, but not just break up with you! :)
