We call oranges their name for their color.. Why dont't we call banana's 'yellow'?

If we should call banana's yellow, then I put yellow's on my cereal all the time! XD

There's thêm than one kind of red.We have tomatoes,remember.What would we call that?XD

Well.. maybe because there are other fruits the same color.. (Orange is almost like the only trái cam, màu da cam fruit. [Kinda doubt it though])

Like, Lemons. Lemons are yellow as well..
And, like apples, tomatoes are red..

I dunno.. :P

quả anh đào, anh đào is a color. quả anh đào, anh đào fruits. quả anh đào, anh đào = sorta dark red

how do bạn know its not the other way around and that the color trái cam, màu da cam was named after the trái cây O_o? so instead the color yellow would be trái chuối, chuối like today I was coloring and my trái chuối, chuối marker dried out hoặc my apple(red) crayon broke in half.

and P.S. (I'm contradicting what I đã đưa ý kiến above ^^)there are many màu sắc of apples, like vàng apples, green apples, and there's green bananas and I like the word banana.
P.S.S the world (government) just wanted to make up thêm words to get us even thêm confused than we possibly could've been. That's why they say those big words, so we don't understand half of what their saying. ^_^

i have no idea ae maybe they couldnt think of anything for it so they must have thought xin chào its trái cam, màu da cam lets call it orange

Because the trái cam, màu da cam wanted to be unique.

I think trái chuối, chuối means yellow in some other language.. not sure but... yeh :P

Because trái chuối, chuối sounds awesome XD
