should all the kids under 13th ban from fanpop hoặc let them stay whenever they like?? sorry for kids under 13th if this is offense bạn but let the 13 hoặc >13 answer this!

not to be rude hoặc alluding but I just wanna know some opinions, well...for me I think it's okay for 10 till 12 years old kids to stay but under that I'm not so sure :/
