PLEASE HELP ME! I PROMISE PROPS!! What is this song?!

Theres a really pretty song that i really really want! its played in harper's island's pilot "Whap" when they are at the diners all dancing. Its a slow, pretty song sung bởi a women and its sort of ballad-like. I tried googling the lyrics but they won't bring up anything. some of the song lyrics goes as follows:
"I feel myself falling
Don't know how far
But i know that you'll catch me wherever bạn are.

I'm landing..." then i cant figure out anymore but i'm POSITIVE those are right! please help me!
