To join a team enter this:
*REQUEST TO JOIN TEAM (EXISTING TEAM NAME)*

To accept a request, type:
*ACCEPT (REQUESTER'S NAME)'S REQUEST TO JOIN TEAM (TEAM NAME)

To decline, do the same, except replace "accept" with "decline." You may only register one team.
