Is Mew in pokemon soulsilver/heartgold? If it is where do i find it?!?!?!?!?!

i.d.k. i can't get past the ecruteke gym! i need 2 see my little bro, so i can put some of my stronger poke'mon from pearl and platnum into silver.

I had just looked up legendary pokemon on serebii.net, and it đã đưa ý kiến that there was only Mewtwo.
