I just looked at all the screenshots -- there are several real nice ones there. There's also a photo of a guy wearing a hockey jersey -- perhaps he's going to be a new character on the show?

you could replace alice. she clearly does not care about her job, despite how hard it usually is to get a job at a zoo, let alone the cp zoo. i imagine it'd be pretty competitive. she sucks.

The show could use some new human characters, though. Has anyone else ever noticed that when there are scenes showing humans, they are often the same humans used over and over again?

For example, the smart boy at the beginning of "Miss Understanding" was the same boy who tossed a piece of popcorn to Marlene in "Popcorn Panic." Also, some of the humans seen looking at the penguins during the show's opening theme are also seen in episodes such as "Skorca!" and "Operation: Plush & Cover," among others.
