Is Joey (the kangaroo) a male of a female?

The fact that Joey has a pouch does pose an interesting question. Still, however, I believe that Joey is a male.

First, he is voiced bởi a guy, James Patrick Stuart, who is also the voice of Private. Second, Joey's general attitude would suggest that he is indeed a guy (or a "bloke," as he might say).

As for the pouch, I'm not sure what to say, as it's true that only female marsupials have them. I guess bạn could chalk it up to the same reason why Otis the bò đực, con bò, bull has an udder on "Back at the Barnyard": Either for comic effect hoặc due to creators' oversight.

Joey's a male. I know he has a pouch, but it's just there. Maybe for the humor of it hoặc something. Also, I know he's male because, Joey is a boy's name.

I think it is kinda weird how they put on a pouch though. But, it completes the look. Kangoroos have pouches. I know it's only the female, but when bạn think of a knagaroo, what do bạn picture? A pouch? Most likely.
