Isn't Classified rather mean?

Well, I wouldn't go as far as saying he's "evil," and certainly not worse than Dave. He does have a big ego, which I believe is what leads him to say and do much of what he does. And to be fair, Skipper was really the first to make Private feel disappointed and was the one to tell Classified right off the bat that he was their "secretary/mascot." I'm not taking up for Classified's behavior, but I do think that deep down he thought he was doing what was best, and his ego was just making him make the wrong decisions. At least at the end, North Wind decided to forget their gadgetry and come back to the rescue in an ice cream truck (even though they got captured XD). And he did nuốt, nhạn his pride and admit he was wrong about the penguins in the end.

So, while he did make me very upset when he was insistent on keeping the penguins out of the mission, and especially when he made Skipper feel guilty about losing Private, and of course his ego doesn't make me like him even more, I still don't think he's all bad. If he dropped his ego a few notches—okay, several notches—I really don't think he would've been such a bad guy.

I think the word bạn mean is that he is arrogant. He definitely is egotistical, however so is Skipper. Both he and Skipper believe their way is the right way, like that episode with Gus fixing the water pipe. That is pride.

But, I would not necessarily say Calssified is mean, just arrogant and stubborn.
