As far as I know there aren't any hints towards that, except the fact that he hasn't been shown using any Devil trái cây up to now, and it's likely he has some kind of DF-power, because in that case Doflamingo knew he could entrust the Mera-Mera no mi to Diamante for there was no temptation of eating it himself; furthermore has has high enough of a position fitting the importance of that person for Doflamingo (especially since he/she is under his services at least for 10 years bởi now).
