What kind of âm nhạc makes bạn feel calm?

This may sound crazy to some, but no âm nhạc makes me feel calmer than rock music, especially classic rock. I find The Beatles âm nhạc to be very soothing.

Now Can's âm nhạc is definitely chill. Ege Bamyasi is a good album. Very groovy and definitely calms me down

I am Christian so listening to Christian âm nhạc is really calming for me; however, lots of slower instrumental hoặc traditional âm nhạc can be calming as well.
