House made his way to Wilson’s apartment. He needed someone he could trust to bounce his ideas off of.
Wilson walked towards the door, and with an annoyed grunt, opened the door. “What are bạn doing here?”
“I told her.” House walked past Wilson, and began pacing the apartment.
”That bạn knew?” Wilson closed the door, and sleepily walked towards the phòng bếp, nhà bếp to get a glass of water.
“I told her and, I didn’t know what to do, say, think.” House couldn’t believe he couldn’t think of any way to cope with it.
“And bạn woke me up at…four o’clock…to tell me this?” Wilson collapsed into the chair, while watching House carry on pacing. Mumbling to himself.
“What did she say?” House stopped and turned to face him.
“That she didn’t mind the idea of giving up the kid, if I wasn’t happy.” Wilson sat up, and was Mất tích for words.
“Seriously?” House couldn’t believe it himself, had he completely missed how sensitive and self-sacrificing Cuddy was all this time?
“Wow. She must really hate the kid, hoặc she really loves you.”
Wilson seemed to have summed it up in a matter of minutes.
“So I’m guessing this is all going to end up ugly?” Wilson rubbed his eyes, and yawned.
“I can see bạn care, very much.” Wilson stood up. “Get a goodnight’s sleep, take a Vicodin, do whatever bạn need to do. Just do it at home.”
Wilson turned the light off, before he hinted that House leave; and House did, still trying to figure the situation out in his head.

Cuddy came into work the tiếp theo morning, and found House in her office. “How’d bạn get in?” House had his feet up on the desk, Cuddy walked cautiously towards him.
“One of the good things of being pregnant, you’re đít, mông, ass is getting bigger.” Cuddy put her hand on her hip and leant on the chair in front of her. House found it quite amusing.
“I admire the view.” House đã đưa ý kiến with a smirk on his face. Feeling a confrontation coming on, House took his feet off the desk, and stood up to meet Cuddy face to face.
“Last I heard bạn had a job. Go do it.” Cuddy moved past him and sat down at her desk.
“Last I heard; bạn were a C cup. Things can change.” House made his way out, before he could open the door, he turned back towards her.
“You should check you’re drawer.” With that, House left, leaving Cuddy looking puzzled. Opening the drawer, she was surprised to find a việt quất, blueberry bánh nướng xốp, muffin sitting there. She smiled softly, looking up and out of the office door.
Leaning back, she softly sighed with a smile on her face, caressing her growing bump. Was this unusual relationship, if bạn could call it that, actually working? Cuddy may not be living the family dream that she had always wanted, but she enjoyed the relationship they both shared; House was still an ass, Cuddy was still the boss, but whenever they joined at a crossroads; a conversation about the baby, hoặc their feelings, they were nearly always on the same page…

I was đọc up on opiate withdrawal and apparently bạn can go through withdrawal not just to stop taking the drug, Vicodin in House’s case, but to reduce the amount you’re taking.
So in House’s case, like Wilson said; his Vicodin levels where way to high and so the only option was to let his body recover and reduce it’s need for that amount it got everyday.
Therefore, the tiếp theo morning when he was seemingly better; it was because of the extreme cold-turkeyness that House used to reduce his levels of Vicodin in order for his hallucination of Amber to go away. So I don’t think it was a hallucination, because he hasn’t quit Vicodin, he has only reduced the amount he takes within the không gian of a horrible 24 giờ detox. His body no longer craves the Vicodin every giờ hoặc so like before.
Short and simple :)
