Ok, so I stumbled upon this over at livejournal. Its an episode mô tả from a Canadian entertainment magazine. Nothing new, but uses different language which could provide fuel for those of us who are spoilery speculators!
I don't know if anyone's familiar with Cake Wrecks (it's awesome) but there was a post today with several shows' "monumental episode" cakes (non-fails, BTW) and the one from House is on there. :-]
