@housefan11 it says taht house will back to vicodin and...cuddy will know that she can't be happy with lucas...so though don't say it I think she?ll brake up with him!! xD

Just to clarify, the spoiler doesn't say that Cuddy can't be happy with Lucas. It's just saying she's considering whether or not she can be happy with Lucas. It doesn't say what her final determination is.

^^ I know, I'm just happy they're actually going to do something on the Luddy storyline and explain Cuddy's thought process on it more.......it's totally lacking in the character development that I thought was it's purpose.

Wouldn't it be awesome if House's hallucination from last season finale came true this season finale? (BTW, hello everyone, I'm new here :-)

Sure it would be awesome, but I think I would cry if that came true^^ He'd go mad forever *sob*
