are they making a hsm4 with new characters?

I think if they do it will probably be later i looked on bạn tube for bạn and right now its nothing but jokes so i am not sure if they are hoặc not i havent seen any real previews for it

Yes they are. Some of the characters they are using in 4 were introduced with minor roles in HSM3.
