Pebblepaw had stopped running. He was panting heavily and had no idea which way to turn next. Then he heard a snarl and turned around to see six ShadowClan cats that didn't look happy.
"You're on our soil," snarled the biggest one. Pebblepaw was too scared to speek.
"I say we kill it!" yelled another that was obviously bloodthirsty.
They pushed him back against a tree. They looked hungry. Just as the biggest was about to pounce, he stopped, turning around to see GrassClan warriors lead by the GrassClan deputy, Nightwing. Behind her were Bluefire, Leafpetal, Cloutail, Iceheart, Flowerheart and Brightheart.
Pebblepaw gasped as a bloodthirsty battle broke out. But ShadowClan were outnumbered and they fled. Pebblepaw got carried away and chased them too far.
His acts had gotten him lost again. But this time it was much worse. The GrassClan warriors tried to run after him, but they couldn't keep up. Luckily, the GrassClan warriors had no injuries past simple flesh wounds.
But Pebblepaw wasn't that lucky.
