Is there an alternate way to báo cáo câu hỏi kiểm tra các câu hỏi which won't open?

I've recently come across some câu hỏi kiểm tra các câu hỏi which aren't opening. I can see the câu hỏi itself, but when I click on it to see the answer options and actually answer it, I'm simply taken back to the club's câu hỏi kiểm tra section. Since I can't open it, I can't get to the flag button to báo cáo it the usual way. Is there any other method of reporting?
