i need some help with drawing.

for about two years i have been working on drawing but i just can't seem to do anything from the hàng đầu, đầu trang of my head. everytime i try the person turns out terrible. the only thing i can really draw is my persona but even that's geting worse. any tips? this is honestly the best pic i have drawn with out anything to base off of.
