I mean common, Tiana and Naveen are one of the only couples to actually fall in love with each other's personalities! They are so freakin adorable X3. And Belle and the Beast for me are just kinda meh...

You can't say Tiana and Naveen fell in love with each other's personalities and Belle and Beast didn't.

What did she fall in love with, cause we know it wasn't his looks? His amazing fashion sense?

No, she fell in love once she understood him and his life a little better and opened her up to her feelings and ability to have fun. She at first hated his player "I'm the shit" attitude.

But seriously, Belle and Beast are my favs and to me I think they should win.

But my problem is, Beast was an abusive asshole to Belle. I like Belle & Beast, don't get me wrong, but sometimes I think Beast isnt good enough for Belle.

I don't argue with the fact that belle deserves AND could get better, but that's part of their charm for me.

She loves him anyway.

Whether he was abusive or not, you cant deny Belle fell in love with his personality. When he actually opened up and you saw the real him. She obviously didnt fall in love with his looks.

Just because you dont like Belle/Beast it doesnt mean you (queenbee13) have to pretend that it wasnt because of personality. So what if she hated him at first? Umm, your point? She still fell in love with his personality because well, as ive said, she didnt fall in love with his looks. And if you dont fall in love because of looks, then what else is there? PERSONALITY. His way of living and her opening up her feelings are because of his PERSONALITY and the way he ACTED.

I love them, but to me Belle & the Beast's love seemed more real. It took a little time for them to warm up to each other. Over time their love grew...Aladdin and Jasmine have the whole "love at first sight" thing going for them, which I like, but isn't very realistic.

To be honest while I love the movie Jasmine and Aladdin feel like nothing to me. But I actually dislike Belle and Beast.

Well for me I'm the kind of girl who fell love with the Disney movies like Beauty and the beast,Aladdin,Lion King,Little Mermaid,Pocahontas,Mulan,Hercules,Tarzan and Hunchback of Notre Dame and so those are the characters and couples I fell in love with and I'm a true Disney girl at heart and always will be and I mean these are the ones I grow up with and so to me you know these are consider classic for a reason and I mean I may not have seen the movie princess and the frog but I have seen enough that I just don't see how Tiana and Naveen can even complete with two of the most beloved and classic couples. To me Belle and Beast have one of the most beautiful and romantic relationships of all the Disney movies which of course they hold a special place in my heart because of the fact that Beauty and the beast is my mom's favorite Disney movie and as for Aladdin and Jasmine I love the whole love at first sight thing for them just like with Ariel and Eric.

i agree with princesslullaby. beast is abusive. i don't like him and i find his romance the most forced. all he does is give her a gift that lumiere suggests and start acting civil. in my opinion belle fell in love with him because let's face it, it's not like she really knew many other decent guys. there's this little thing called stockholm syndrome. it's where you become emotionally attached to your captor...belle is a victim of this to be honest.
