I was bored so I decided to write an bài viết about which princesses look like which greek goddesses, since I'm greek and I tình yêu the Greek Mythology. Enjoy!

Hera- Jasmine

Firstly, Hera has a serious problem with her temper, like Jasmine. She likes getting revenge and even though we don't see hoa nhài as revengeful, I believe that if someone hurts her, she won't forget it so easily (besides Aladdin, she forgives him every time, like Hera forgives Zeus). Also, Hera protects women which means she's a feminist, again like Jasmine. Another common, is thei history with their husbands. Zeus tricked Hera (he transphormed into a little bird, in order to make Hera hug him and then he became God again and well, she suddenly loved him), like Aladdin và cây đèn thần tricked hoa nhài in order to make her fall in tình yêu with him.

Athena- Mulan

Athena is the Goddess of war. We can't say that Mulan likes fighting, but she has been to a war and she did very well there... Athena is also the Goddess of wisdom and I suppose Mulan is wise. Another common is their relationship with their fathers. Athena is Zeus' favourite daughter and Fa Zhou loves very much Mulan. To conclude, Athena is forever virgin and while Mulan has a husband, she cares thêm about saving China and bringing honor to her family, finding a boyfriend was probably the last thing she had in her mind, unlike many other princesses.

Aphrodite- Aurora

Firstly, they're both flirtatious and extremely beautiful. Aphrodite is the Goddess of tình yêu and beauty and Aurora's always associated with these two things. Also, Aphrodite isn't a great fighter and I think that if Aurora ever went to a war...well, she wouldn't survive.

Artemis- Merida

Artemis has a great relationship with nature, like Merida. They both tình yêu archestry. Also, one of the symbols of Artemis is a chịu, gấu and... Merida's got a special relationship with bears... In addition, they're both single. Another common is their bravery and their persistence in their beliefs.

Demeter- Pocahontas

Demeter is the Goddess of agriculture and fertility. Like Pocahontas, she protects nature. Also, they're both mature and wise. I can't find anything else common between these two.

Hestia- Tiana

Hestia is the Goddess of domesticity and hearth and I think that we can associate Tiana with these values, because of her hardworking, mature and determinate character, her tình yêu for cooking (it has to do with the hearth I think) and her beautiful relationship with her family. Hestia is forever virgin and that's why I chose Tiana instead of Lọ lem hoặc Snow White, she doesn't seem to care about finding the true love, at least at the beginning of the movie.

So, I hope bạn enjoyed my bài viết and learned thêm about Greek Mythology. I don't know if bạn agree with my choices, but if bạn don't, please be respectful and explain your arguments in the comments. Bye bye!
.... hoặc Are They? I keep hearing this massive distortion that Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora and sometimes others are "unrealistically perfect". Well first of all, they're not actually "perfect" but yes they strive for it and come pretty close. The number one reason? The earlier DPs were made in a time where families were still valued as well as good morals and they were on their best behavior in front of children, hoping that the kids would learn to embrace positive traits and reject negative traits so they would be thêm positive people. They cared thêm about well-roundedness, being modest...

Okay, so I have come across a lot of criticism against Merida that she is childish, rude, reckless, selfish and what not. But since she's my 2nd yêu thích princess, i'd like to put up a case in her favor for people to consider and see her in better light. I have tried to dissect the movie scenes, probed into possible perspective on various minor details that may have been overlooked.

Why she isn't sophisticated as others:
She no doubt loves both her mother and father, but Merida takes off a part of feisty, loud and unapologetically honest side from her father. She loves to fight with him, laughing...

The saddest moments from DP phim chiếu rạp that made me cry and most often they still do. Some are close to tim, trái tim while some are so well enacted and animated that i'm moved bởi the simplicity of emotions.

13. 3 good nàng tiên put the entire kingdom to sleep:
Despite their best of efforts, they lose Aurora to the spell and the only way to make things work is to put the entire kingdom to sleep, waking only when she awakens. It makes me sad to see them blame themselves for this loss. It doesn't make me cry though, but yes, it puts me in a sad mood.

12. Lọ lem crying in the forest:
More than her dress...

I got this idea when I learned that at one point, Disney actually was using some of the princesses in cause advertisements and it got me thinking: If each of the Disney Princesses wanted to select a cause/charity to contribute to, which would it be?

Snow White- Senior Citizens: Snow White ends up homeless after running away from the evil Queen and she was fortunate that the 7 dwarfs took her in. This is why I think she would want to help senior citizens the way she did for the dwarfs and the way that they helped her (although they were not senior, they were getting close).

Cinderella- Animal...

So I've been đọc that the "Prettiest Princess" ranking is sort of like a right of passage bài viết that all of the những người hâm mộ here on fanpop do so I figured it was time for my own. Instead of just doing a physical beauty ranking, I wanted to do an tổng thể beauty ranking instead. I personally see ranking women based only on their physical beauty as objectifying them so I am kind of confused that it's not looked at that way here on fanpop? (Not saying this to judge hoặc condone others but just out of genuine curiosity and confusion considering the way some những người hâm mộ have reacted to perceived objectification...

Like I stated in my last wallpost I'm about to lose my grandmother and so I decided to write an bài viết about some of the Saddest Moments in the DP phim chiếu rạp in no particular order (but I'll mention my number 1 in the end of the article). So anyway hope you'll like this article

Brave: The 2nd Sunrise
I may not be a big người hâm mộ of Brave, but this scene is sad, when I first saw this movie in the cinemas I cried during this scene and I still find this scene to be quite sad

Cinderella: The Dress Ripping Scene
This scene is so sad to watch everytime, Lọ lem had the chance of finally getting out of the...

If any of bạn are familiar with character stylization hoặc really art in general bạn might like this article. I'm talking about character stylization in the sense that when the artist is also the tác giả of the character's personality and has written out their every thought in simply the way they are designed. This can also be called "interpreted art" as anyone can perceive it differently, but a common factor still remains that everyone agrees on. BASICALLY I'm going to "guess" what the princess' personality is like based on the way she's drawn, see what the general consensus is on her personality...

1.Pocahontas and Merida are currently the only Princesses to not originate from the traditional fairy tales.

2.Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora and Belle are currently the only Princesses to not be voiced bởi the respective các nữ diễn viên from their original films.

3.Belle is the only Disney Princess to have hazel eyes.

4. Mulan is also the first Disney Princess to not actually be a princess. All the others are either royal bởi birth, hoặc marry into royalty.

5.Ariel is the only Disney Princess who was not born a human.

6.Both Mulan and Tiana are left-handed.

7.. Rapunzel’s eyes are the biggest compared...

It is quite obvious that Merida is not particularly beloved on this spot. Placing last place in just about every countdown done recently, and probably in many to come, Merida needs thêm love. I used to hate Merida, so I totally understand why people dislike her, but I can't help but wonder why she is hated on, yet people fall in tình yêu with Ariel and Jasmine. Oh, I am not going to hate on Ariel hoặc hoa nhài in this article, they are both in my hàng đầu, đầu trang 5. Merida is currently fourth on my list, inches ahead of Jasmine, and inches behind Cinderella.
Why I used to hate her:
I used to hate Merida for her...

My Favourite Things from The Sound of Music

This song reminds me of the scene in the woods after she's been scared bởi the dark shadowed shapes of the trees. When she asks the động vật what they would do and starts hát With a Smile and a Song. Well this be an alternative song hoặc whilst she' hát she could be imagining her favourite things. I can also Snow White hát this. It does require a positive sounding vocal so it makes sense.

Since this section has been very inactive lately I decided to fresh it up bởi nghề viết văn another article, about my yêu thích Disney Princesses, hope you'll like this bài viết :)

13. Merida

She's the only Disney Princess that I don't like at all, but I don't dislike her either, I feel neutral towards her. The main reason might sound weird, but it's mainly because I don't think she fits in the Disney Princess lineup, to be perfectly honest I would appreciate her character thêm if she wasn't an official Disney Princess. Besides that there's nothing wrong about her character except her temper, she's...

Hello All! Due to my life interfering with my time these days, I took a hiatus from bài viết writing. I also took a hiatus, because KataraLover and Cruella stepped into the void, and took on the “these are horrible characters argument” in a set of ongoing video discussions that can be found on the video đường dẫn page of The Disney Princess Club. (My hat goes off to them, as they were dispelling the myths and stigmas surrounding certain unbeloved characters). Great work, guys!!!

I have been inspired bởi seeing các bài viết that defend Ariel on fanpop so I thought I would write my own.

Ariel also gets a lot of flack and it drives me insane! People say Ariel is anti-feminist because she gives up her voice to be with Eric. She always wanted to be human. At the beginning of the film she was collecting artifacts of the human world. Do bạn think she was collecting artifacts because of Eric? The song Part of Your World, she wasn't even hát about Eric. Her fascination with humans is what lead her to become interested in Eric. If it wasn't her fascination with humans, she wouldn't...
