Here's a thesis to support or oppose:
It is in a country's best interests to augment all of their wartime military forces with private corporations.

Definitions:
country: a sovereign nation
augment: to employ in addition to, rather than instead of
wartime military forces: any branch of the military involved in active conflict, either domestic or foreign
private corporations: contractors, mercenaries, any for-profit company that offers its services for combat, infrastructure, etc.
