I'm not familiar with religious "standards" concerning virginity, but I have always thought it was about having sex with another person. The use of tampons has nothing to do with virginity hoặc lack thereof. It is merely a, in my opinion at least, comfortable hygienic product.

I agree with what cassie said, but I believe that bạn can only be considered a "non-virgin" if bạn have sexual intercourse. It may hoặc may not break the hymen, but I've heard before about some girls whose hymens break due to playing hard(literally, not sexually).
