I think it's the cheese that makes Dorritos taste good, but that's only my opinion.

The flavour they put on them! It usually includes MSG and that boosts the flavour a lot, and they put thêm flavour on ngô chips (to cover the ngô flavour) than what they do on potato chips, so they are covered in lots of yummy flavour (in addition to MSG, there is also salt, sugar, herbs and spices).
