It's too hard for me too pick a favorite, but since i just watched Aria The Scarlet Ammo, and I don't think it's a very popular anime. I'll go with Aria. Plus, she's awesome.

Not a huge fan of anime girls but Hinata, is awesome.

C.C. is my favorite but I also like Celty, Homura, Kanade, Juvia, and Enma Ai.
