Know anyway action/sort of horror animes?

I got the perfect one How about Naoki Urasawa's MONSTER, it's about a little boy and his twin sister, yes this sounds normal but's it's far from it. Another is really good and very suspenseful but there isnt much action until the last 2 episodes but the action then makes up for it :)
