Who is this girl? I remember watching an anime, with her in it...When I searched up her pictures I found this one, added it and then I just forgot who it was. :( Help me?

I know it is...I just cant remember her name, hoặc where shes from...to be honest, she looks alot like Mei Misaki from the anime another....but I still dont know. :/
