Jigoku Shoujo, hoặc Hell Girl in English. It is mainly horror but many episodes were very sad, touching and tragic. Probably the anime I've cried the most watching. Even the manga makes me cry.

All three seasons had sad endings and touching stories so this is my winner. Of course, several other episodes also made bạn want to kill certain people, hoặc can scare you, so this is definitely an anime that rouses up all your emotions. I highly recommend this.
