Is there anyway to báo cáo someone on youtube?

There's this 10 hoặc 11 năm old girl on this one Hetalia video who literally wont stop trolling. She's been cursing, attacking, and even threatening people there in the comments. I saw her there months cách đây and I go back to the video and she's still there. Almost every single bình luận someone post she các câu trả lời back saying something like, "YOUR A RETARD!", hoặc "NOBODY GIVES A SHIT!", hoặc something insulting the show.

Ugh, she's not letting up at all. it seems that people in the các bình luận have been trying to ignore her but she seems to just get worse and worse with her replies.
