Chapter 15-
For a second, everyone was Nữ hoàng băng giá in their place. Wondergirl hovered beside Nightwing who had several projectiles in his hand. The guards had their súng aimed at different people. Joseph glared at the two new heroes.
Revenge and I, well we just hung there.
"Go."
Nightwing leaped, tossing projectiles, not at the soldiers, but at us. I cringed, but felt myself fall to the floor. I looked over and Revenge was rubbing his wrists.
"Get your equipment and let's go!" Nightwing yelled. "Wondergirl! Cover them!"
The blonde flew down and knocked over soldiers running at the two vigilantes. Revenge was in motion first. He leaped over someone and kicked off the wall, sprinting as he landed. I must admit. For a big, buff guy, he sure could move.
We had all of our gear and outfits on in a minute.
"Bailing!" Nightwing yelled, firing a grappling hook at the ceiling. He rode up and I grabbed onto his waist, tossing Batarangs at the soldiers below.
"You're gonna have to do better than that, honey!" a soldier called up after us.
"I did!" I replied, and pulled out a detonator.
I could hear him cuss as I detonated the projectiles.
Revenge and Wondergirl beat us to the top. Then we ran.
"Left!" Revenge yelled. We veered in that direction.
"Right!"
"How do bạn know where we're going?" I asked.
"Through the wall!"
"Say what?" Wondergirl asked.
Revenge ran right through the dead end. Nightwing didn't slow, but continued on after Revenge. Cassie and I shrugged and followed. It felt strange, as if we were walking through an icy waterfall. It was thêm than a hologram. What, I didn't know.
Revenge turned and tossed a capsule at us. It detonated, spraying us in red smoke. We coughed and got clear.
"What was that for?!" Nightwing demanded.
Bullets whizzed through the air and Revenge threw daggers. They detonated and we could hear men falling to the ground.
"That was to save bạn from the radiation." he replied. "If you'd like to keep going, then we can head right."

"How much further?" Nightwing asked.

"No, just kidding. This is the final right."
Revenge lowered his shoulder and barreled into the door, ripping it off it's hinges and sending us into a room of reporters who were interviewing the family of the Russian finalist.
Everyone turned and looked at us. Five soldiers ran through behind us. Nightwing hit them with his escrim sticks and they fell unconscious. I kicked their súng away before turning to the cameras that were now focused on us.
"We've got some talking to do." Revenge said.
