“So how far away are bạn guys from Happy Harbor?” Willow asked Billy.
“Eh. We're located in Keystone City.”
“Ah. I was wondering where bạn guys went.”
“Aww! bạn missed me!”
“Of course! Who else would give me free rides through solid objects?”
Billy sighed, mock pain on his face.
“I knew it was too good. I'm only wanted for my speed. Tsk tsk tsk.”
Willow laughed and Billy smiled at the lovely sound.
“You'd think she would have woken,” he commented.
Somewhere along the way, Becca had fallen asleep. Her head was still in Willow's lap, but her eyes were closed and her breathing and become heavy. Willow smiled down at her sister. For all her fierceness, Becca truly was only a sweet girl. She was just protective.
“Nah. Becca sleeps like the dead. I don't know how, but she can wake up on a dime. Like an emergency. She'll be up. Otherwise, bạn may as well leave her alone.”
“Hmm. I wonder if she gets enough sleep.”
“What do bạn mean?”
“Well, Becca isn't part of a team. She's solo. She doesn't have anyone telling her she needs to sleep. She may be pushing herself too hard.”
“You could be right. Becca has been sleepier than normal. Hopefully it's just a phase.”
“Have bạn guys seen Willow anywhere?” Wally asked.
“Nope,” Artemis replied from where she was playing a video game against Robin.
“I saw her with Becca but I don't know where they are,” Robin informed.
“They went shopping,” Megan answered.
“Yep. Here in Happy Harbor.”
“What is with woman? First bạn cry then bạn go shopping. Is like some form of comfort?”
“Only from people like you,” Artemis interjected.
Wally glared at her before turning to Megan.
“Thanks Meg. Rob, bạn wanna help me find her?”
“Sure. I've beaten Artemis six times in a row. It's getting boring.”
“I'll figure out how bạn do it! I will!” Artemis exclaimed.
“Of course. Let's go Wally.”
