‘Phase one, complete. On to phase two!’ I thought
I grabbed a really full glass of water and walked over to Wally.
“Water? bạn must be thirsty from running all the way here from…where were bạn again?” I asked. Behind Wally, Artemis was making gagging motions

“ALEX!!!” I heard Megan scream. I looked down at my hands and realized they were scorched and smoking. I shoved them under the water and had to stop myself from screaming in pain. Megan looked at my hands in concern. There was something beyond those doors that was burning my hands.
“Megan, I need bạn to go into my mind with me” I said
“What? I’m not sure that I can” she said, shocked
“Take my hand” I held out my hand for her. She took my hand and I concentrated on the giant doors. Suddenly, I was in front of them, Megan bởi my side.

“We are at the doors to my mind” I explained. I walked up to the doors and pushed. Once they were open, I beckoned for Megan to follow me. We walked through not knowing what was on the other side. I glanced over at her and noticed the look of worry on her face. I rested my hand on her shoulder comfortingly. I flew over to the fire, Megan waiting at the entrance. When I got there, I looked into it. At first, all I saw were flames; then, pictures appeared. I gasped. They were pictures of me. Me in the past.
