When she woke, all she saw was blazing light. Was she dead? she wondered. Was this heaven? But her head still throbbed, although not as strongly as before, and she didn’t think that would happen if she was really in heaven. She groaned...her chest felt tight, as if someone was sitting on it...was someone sitting on her? It was possible...her breath was coming in short ragged gasps...the world was swimming again, whirling around in rapid circles...she wanted it to slow...

She could hear the âm nhạc from her spot in the kitchen. It was a soothing sound but odd to hear. Mostly because it came when no one else was around. They had all gone out to do something. And she was alone as it played. She followed to where she knew it would be played from. The sound haunting yet alluring and still so soothing. I woke up and dragged myself out of bed. I slipped my slippers on and opened my door. Wolverine, Jean Grey, Cyclops and Beast were standing there. I slammed the door closed and moved against it. Shit! How on Earth did they find me?! Wolverine’s claws stuck through the door on either side of my head. I ran from the door and pulled out a tranquillizer gun, arming it. Wolverine burst through the door and I shot him ten times in the chest. He blacked out.
“Sorry, old friend” I said. The gun was taken telekinetically from my grip. I stood ready....
