Who is the best fictional witch/wizard according to you?

My favourite fictional witch is Wadanohara. She's the main protagonist of the RPG-Maker game called 'Wadanohara & the Great Blue Sea' and she's a sea-witch.

She is sooo cute and lovable! Not to mention, her powers are really fascinating.
