I'm almost positive he will. Earlier this năm (2009) Stephanie promised to keep as many of the "dramatic" lines from the book as possible becase she knows its already a stretch to put what we had in our heads on screen but she wants us to be able to see as much of a resemblence in the sách as there will be in the movie.
They just can't cut that line basically :)

yeah. I'm positive they will have that in the other trailers. And I'm pretty sure that people are gonna remember that line for a LONG time. Just like ngôi sao Wars' "I am your father" line.
