When your contributions are reported for some kind of offense (maybe they were repeated contents?), you'll get a 'bad báo cáo card'. And yes, bạn either get temporarily suspended hoặc get banned...

To be honest, I don't think there's a need to 'work your way back up'. Just enjoy fanpop and đệ trình contents of your interest just because it's what you're passionate about and not to get medals. I don't see what's the big deal about medals... and props. Sure, I'll be super happy when I get them but I don't exactly work for them. Just enjoy being around fanpop and not get worked up to get huy chương and props! :)
