In Breaking Dawn, on which exact occassion of Bella and Edward's honeymoon was Renesmee conceived?

I'm curious about which time Bella became pregnant. The morning after the first night Bella was eating a lot, and she managed to get Edward to sleep with her again after waking up crying after that dream. That makes me think it was the first night since she had those symtoms (eating, crying), but then wasn't there a gap of a week hoặc two before they did it again and I was thinking about Renesmee growing so fast and was wondering if Bella would not have felt something inside her during that time? Has anybody else thought about this?
