^ It doesn't really make sense as to how Flora can be stronger than Stella. Without the sun, there would be no plants--no life on this planet. (Even without the moon there would be no life) So, I really believe that Stella should be the second (If not most) powerful in the group.

Layla, in my mind, has the second strongest power. It consists over Morphix which can basically make anything. She can make something useful, dangerous...anything she would need. She having the resources to take care of anything by just molding the specific object, is far more powerful than nature or fire in my opinion.

^ Maybe the plantes but nature means water,means air means fire .it manes many things not just plants.and you say not here that stella is having the power of sun,stars and moon but she is only using sun and flra is only using plants so.....i really think flor should be the second then stella and then layla

nobody was really mentioned who really is the 1st 2nd 3rd etc powerful among them but if well base on the scenes specially on the past season i think its bloom,stella and aisha are the more powerful than of the three(no offense just base on blogsites i read)...remembered i the season 2 of the winx club flora musa and tecna wasn't able to come to save the pixies because of problems with the capabilities of their powers :D

i think flora because flora can bring life to plants and animals humans also, plants gives oxygen with animals and humans can breath, nature gives air which fire produces. and mileyian flora is not weak understand. igino staffi also say that flora is second most powerful fairy third bieng stella

If you go on winx wiki then flora you will find somewhere saying " According to an interview with Ingion Straffi Flora is the second most powerful winx with Stella being third." or something like that.

flora is the second strongest fairy because when you read flora in winx club wikia you could prove that she is the second strongest fairy and stella is the third but guys i am saying the truth ok, .

Flora is the second strongest said in an interview, the reason is she has the ability to heal also, she can control all of nature, and has the most spells out of all the girls; she would probably be the most powerful if she used her spells for offense instead of defense

I would have to say Stella. Flora is powerful too, and she would be my next choice, but definitely Stella.

I say Bloom. Not because I like her and that is a no XD

@Yuujo: It sounds as if you're a Flora fan, while I have nothing against Flora you do now that Flora's the weakest? Whenever Nature gets hurt, she starts getting weak.

If Iginio really does think that Flora is the second strongest he can't portray it well to show us. I'm not being biased but I think Stella is the most powerful and Layla is the second because she can wield different shapes and into anything she needs. Like Aurie said.
