WinxClub_Stella cannot be nominated she was the winner last month

Zikkiforever can be nominated again her month restriction is now over
Summer/thunder can also be nominated again

Past Winners:
August: LoveBaltor
September: Zanhar1 and FloraorStella
October: SummerThunder
November: WinxClub_Stella

Rules
You can nominate 5 people
Do not vote for yourself when the poll comes out
--- if you do you will not be allowed to be nominated for the next few months
--- but if you change it you will only be out for a month

101musastella (she's been really active and has created a few "games")
XxLalasaysxX (been really active)
Nmdis(second person to have a fanatic medal and is very active)
winxoxoclub(created a forum for us to finally see what each other looks like plus the party forum)

there are plenty more who have done a lot but I am going with these five for December
