I picked Meredith because I think she is the worst. She isn't funny on the show and she is obnoxious.

At least Packer's out of the office most of the time. And he contributes to the company. Meredith sucks and her job is pointless so double offensive.

Well if you are going by just being inappropriate I would fire Micheal as well. He's done his fair share. Toby maybe boring but it doesn't warrant him to be fired. He does his job and he gets along with almost every person in the office, Michael hates him only because Toby does his job. I think he has done good for the hell Michael has gave him all these years. I don't see him almost ruining anything between Michael and Holly. Their relationship was pretty much destined...like JAM pretty much. Even if Toby would have come back at all and stayed, they would have found a way for Michael and Holly to be together.

I've changed my mind. I'm going with Todd Packer! He's inappropriate, inconsiderate, rude, and as Michael said 'an ass.' I guess Toby isn't that bad and maybe he shouldn't be fired, but I still don't like him. With Packer however, I'd send him out like a light.
